All the remaining puppies spent Thanksgiving in Lake Tahoe enjoying their first snow experience. They ran, jumped and rolled in the snow burying their noses in it. Of course, Lucca (red collar) and Bella (pink collar) will have many more snow experiences. Blue collar goes home with new daddy Luc tomorrow and White/Black will go to his new home on Thursday. They will have to come visit when Bella and Lucca are in Tahoe and wallowing in the snow.
Kobe is a multiple best in show and multiple best in specialty show winner. He started his career owner handled to his championship in two specialties weekends, the BCNC Regional Specialty weekend and the SCBdF Regional Specialty weekend. He and Sue then went on to win the Northeastern Illinois Regional Specialty in 2007.
The following year, he was owner handled to best of breed at the SCBdF Regional Specialty followed by two back to back all breed Best in Shows. Kobe finished 2008 #1 Bouvier, All Systems and he was honored with Best of Breed and Group 2 at Westminster Kennel Club 2009. Kobe was co-owned by Kayla Kurucz, Aaron Gomez and Sue Digiorno.
Most recently, Sue showed Kobe at the ABdFC National Specialty in the breed competition where Kobe won an Award of Merit .
The puppies are up and moving about, eyes open looking for food.
